Strengthened by lasting commitments since obtaining its third star, the Hotel du Parc de Draguignan, naturally materializes its quality project by facilitating the merger of its kitchen team with Matthieu WANLIN.

A 45-year-old experienced chef, he has cultivated his remarkable culinary art in the starred kitchens of Régis MARCON ***, the RAIMBAULT brothers ** and finally the TROISGROS *** house.< /p>

It obtained the BIB GOURMAND awarded by the MICHELIN guide in 2018.

A great specialist in bistronomic cuisine, he is in favor of short circuits, a fan of fresh products and gets his supplies first and foremost from our local producers.

To accompany your meal, we offer a selection of wines from the region such as Domaine du Dragon, Château Font du Broc, Domaine du Jas d'Esclans and Domaine de la Rose Trémière. We select AOP Provence wines and local wines directly at the property. We will be able to advise you on the wine that will best accompany your meal.
